Return Policy

1. The product is replaced free of charge in the event of a defect in the product or non-conformity in the specifications shown on the product page on the site.

2. It is allowed to exchange the product with another product of the same value or more value, provided that there is no defect in the replacement product with the payment or return of the exchange difference.

3. Our exchange period extends for a full week from the date of issuance of the invoice. Please adhere to this period to ensure the best possible service.

4. The company has the right to reject the exchange or return request in case it violates the exchange / return policy or if the product is used or destroyed.

5. Returned products must be unused and with original packaging. We do not accept returns of any product after wearing, damage, or alteration in any way.

6. Goods sold are not refundable. We encourage you to confirm your purchases and think carefully before completing your purchase.

7. The customer cannot modify the order after completing the shipment.

8. The delivery man has the right to inspect the returned product before receiving it from the customer to ensure the specifications.

9. Perfumes are not returned if the outer plastic wrap is opened.

10. A receipt or proof of purchase is required upon exchange.

11. The site has the right to reserve to change its return or exchange policy permanently or temporarily at any time, for what it deems appropriate or necessary, so the consumer must always stay informed of any changes to the site.

1. يبدل المنتج مجاناً في حال وجود خلل في المنتج أو عدم مطابقة في المواصفات الموضحة في صفحة المنتج على الموقع .

2. يسمح بتبديل المنتج مع منتج آخر بنفس القيمة او بقيمة أكثر بشرط عدم وجود خلل في المنتج البديل مع دفع أو ترجيع فرقية التبديل.

3. فترة التبديل لدينا تمتد ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ إصدار الفاتورة. نرجو منكم الالتزام بهذه المدة لضمان تقديم أفضل خدمة ممكنة .

4. يحق للشركة رفض طلب التبديل أو الإرجاع في حال مخالفته لسياسة التبديل/ الإرجاع أو في حال استعمال المنتج أو إتلافه.

5. يجب أن تكون المنتجات العائدة غير مستخدمة ومع التعبئة الأصلية. نحن لا نقبل إرجاع أي منتج بعد ارتدائه أو تلفه أو تغييره بأي شكل من الأشكال.

6. البضائع المباعة لا تسترد قيمتها. نشجعكم على التأكد من مشترياتكم والتفكير بعناية قبل إتمام الشراء .

7. لا يمكن للزبون التعديل على الطلب بعد اتمام الشحن.

8. يحق لموظف التوصيل فحص المنتج المرتجع قبل استلامه من الزبون للتأكد من المواصفات.

9. لا يتم إرجاع العطور في حال تم فتح الغلاف البلاستيكي الخارجي.

10. يطلب وصل أو إثبات الشراء عند التبديل .

11. للموقع حق التحفظ في تغيير سياسة الارجاع أو التبديل الخاصة به بشكل دائم او مؤقت في أي وقت، لما يراه مناسباً أو ضرورياً، لذا على المستهلك البقاء دائماً على اطلاع بأية تغييرات تطرأ على الموقع .
